2016 – 2023

No computer-science degree — still had to lead production software

Challenge. I trained as a civil engineer, then ran government e-governance systems. That is not a hiring-manager’s idea of a software pedigree. I had to become a full-stack lead without a CS degree or a campus pipeline.

Fix. I completed intensive full-stack training at Masai, then proved it in production at LogicSpark, PyCray, Connektra, and Virtual Practice Solutions. I now lead as Technical Team Lead — live products, Play Store apps, and a team of senior engineers, not a certificate.

Clinic notes cannot be a demo chatbot

Challenge. Medical scribing has to turn live or uploaded visit audio into structured SOAP notes a clinic will file — including Spanish visits, custom templates, ICD-10 suggestions, and HIPAA-minded access. Hallucinated chart text is a clinical and legal failure, not a UX bug.

Fix. I architected a speech-to-note pipeline with Azure speech and OpenAI, problem-based SOAP with an AI editor so clinicians correct before it becomes the chart, role-based admin, and Stripe billing. Virtual Scribe AI runs in production — not as a slide-deck prototype.

PyCray · EGtoGo

A two-sided ride marketplace with nothing to start from

Challenge. A ride product is useless until the customer app, driver app, dispatch admin, live tracking, and payments exist together. Building one side first leaves the other idle. We had to go 0-to-1 on mobile and web in months, then survive Google Play review.

Fix. Shared Node.js and PostgreSQL APIs, React Native (Expo) for customer and driver apps, AWS Pinpoint for live tracking, and an enterprise admin for fleet and analytics. Both apps shipped to Google Play; the business site and admin run on AWS.

Virtual Practice Solutions

Lead five senior engineers without becoming a meeting-only manager

Challenge. Promotion to Technical Team Lead meant architecture, delivery, and mentoring — while still owning 0-to-1 healthcare products on Azure. If I left the codebase, velocity and quality would drop. If I never left the keyboard, the team would stall.

Fix. I kept architecture ownership, review, and production releases, and coached seniors in the same systems we ship: RAG, agentic workflows, live transcription, and clinical generation. The team ships; I still open the pull request.

A visual automation canvas enterprises will actually trust

Challenge. No-code flow builders look simple until routers, loopers, custom edges, and API credentials collide. Enterprises will not put secrets on a toy graph. The frontend had to stay usable as those graphs grew.

Fix. I led the canvas: nodes, edges, router and looper primitives, and secure API credential handling so operations teams could automate without a large engineering tax.

E-Governance Solution

Public money and village-level data cannot go down quietly

Challenge. e-Gramswaraj, PFMS, CSC, GPDP, and the COVID dashboard sit between government treasuries and panchayats. Payment gateways and reports fail in public. There is no “patch it next sprint” when a village cannot book a service.

Fix. I operated those platforms end to end — payment flows, report generation, and data between government and panchayat. That is where I learned production reliability, before I ever led a product team.
